the Turkish Cultural Institute visit to the University of Tripoli
On Tuesday morning, 22 July 2025, Professor Dr. Khalid Aoun, President of the University of Tripoli, received Mr. Ahmet Özdemir, Coordinator of the Yunus Emre Turkish Cultural Institute in Tripoli.
The two gentlemen discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the University of Tripoli and the Republic of Turkey’s academic, research, and cultural institutions. President Aoun encouraged the Turkish side to pursue collaborative measures toward practical implementation.
Finally, the Institute Director invited President Aoun to attend the inauguration ceremony of the Cultural Centre, scheduled for September.
